CHALLENGE
Design a user-centric sales tool that visualizes how a legacy rewards program could be turned into a tiered platform that would increase engagement and drive specific behaviors. (and do it in under a week!)
PLANNING
Working within a very tight window, I collaborated with internal client services and marketing teams to develop some quick, ad hoc personas that represented potential users of the different tiers we were proposing. We then mapped out user journeys that represented each persona's evolution through the program's life cycle.
DESIGN
I established the presentation's style and format, then with the help of a small team made up of copywriters, designers, and marketers, I coordinated and art directed its execution. The goal was to humanize our concept by taking the client through visual representations of our user journeys, complete with real-world examples, storytelling, and statistical facts. In the end, the presentation was highly effective, and a welcome change to the typical sales presentations that the client was accustomed to seeing.
